Reflecti On Trash Mountain

For the last two week in english class I was making a movie about recycling at SWA. But in ESL (English Second Language) I was making poster for my movie and the tittle of my movie is trash mountain.

Our poster title is mountain trash so we want to found a image of a trash mountain but we also want the kid to understand as well so we found cartoon picture of a mountain trash. I choose this picture because I want to show the viewers that they throw more trash then they think so they can feel guilty about it. I make the trash mountain cartoon so the kid would understand.

The next step that I do was use Flickr to find images that could match my topic and the mood for my poster and for my movie and Flickr have create comments images. But for making a poster I use wed site  that called Big Huge Labs  in this web site it have every thing there is to make a poster.

After that I also make tagline and my tagline is ( What have you done & Are you part of this.) and a tagline is like a goal that you set for your movie it can make the reader want watch the movie more. Writing the tag line for my poster was the most difficult part of this assignment because i want to attract the viewers to see my movie so i need to think a lot of tag line for my poster.  Me and my group was taking a lot of time to make a tag line but when we watch our movie we came up with a great tag line our tag line were what have you done and are you part of this. We choose this tag line because we want our viewer to feel guilty about what have they done.

The difficult part of this unit was when I need to make blurb about. In blurb we need put our main question. We also want the viewer to understand the situation and change there mind.The easy part was when we make the poster about our movie because the poster was fun to make it and there was a wed site that can help us make poster so we really didn’t do any work.Yes I like this unit because there was a lot of challenge for me like make movie a poster and a blurb but I also learned a lot of new wed site and skill as well so next time I. could do it more easily.

We all so use emotive language to make our blurb and we want to show to the audience that there is still hope. Language can influence people because we can emotive language.  The title of my movie is Trash Mountain I choose this title because it matches my movie and my image.It was easy to choose the title for my movie the title was just pop out from my brain.

Rough Draft Of Blurb

In SWA it is really awful to see trashes laying all over the floor. Especially plastic bottles is the waste trash in this school. When the cleaners pick up this trash what do they do? They don’t sell  to the recycling center they just throw to it to the dumped.  Do you think that you’re really unpleasant to your own school ? Don’t you want to save this School environment? 

The future of our unfortunate planet is in staked if you don’t recycle. Now this your chance to save this world by recycling even though it’s late. what do think all the trash is going? and why we have to recycle.This is your chance to learn more information about recycle.

Do you want your children to suffer? it’s not to late there is still hope my friend we still can change our future and make a better place for you and for me. This film will maybe disrespectful for you but this unfortunate situation that our mother earth is dying by us. this is our only hope to recycle and save this harmful planet.

Emotive Languges

A few weeks ago. In English class we made emotional pictures and some presentation we made this because we learned new word. We also use this word to advertise and use for our documentary. At first I didn’t know that Gmail was easy to use so we use google doc in google doc we made a list of emotions language. I create the emotive language to use in advertisement to describe it.

 I also learned about creative comments a creative comments is a image that we are allowed to use. After I learned about the creative comments. I use a web sit called flickr   because in flickr their are creative comments pictures. The other web sit that I use to edits  word to my picture is called Picnik in Picnik I can put the emotive language.
